Development Worker to join our Atelier Roma Project Team

We currently have a job vacancy for a Development Worker to be a part of our Atelier Roma Project Team.

The key role of the Development Worker is to work with the Roma Community, in particular the
women’s programme, in creating pathways to education and training, enhancing employment
opportunities and addressing barriers to progression. The successful candidate will engage with and
support Roma men and women through skills-based, developmental programmes, one-to-one
mentoring supports, development of personal action plans, CV preparation etc. and create a supportive
and progressive environment for those who engage.

Contract: Fixed term contract for 21 hours per week.
